HI I M FROM KASHMIR I HAVE A MOBILE MODEL NO NOKIA 5800 MUSIC XPRESS BUT I HAVE A PROBLUM LAST 20 DAYS SO PLEAZE HELP ME ( MY MOBILE BLUETOOTH IS NOT ON PLEAZE   PLEAZE HELP ME

There are many users facing this problem on varius devices.. Suggested solutions are Updating / Re-installing the Firmware or a Reset by dialing *#7370# followed by 12345 (Default code unless changed by you..) when prompted. Be warned that the reset will erase all data from the Phone memory, so back-up data before doing it. You will have to restore the data and also MAY have to re-install a few applications. BUT, as also reported these solutions haven't worked in 100% of cases. There may be an Hardware problem which can be corrected only by Nokia Care technician.

BTW is the FM Radio working OK ?
