I need help...I have a nokia astound, C7 and I can't download any app, I have been trying to look for answers but couldn't find any, already sent messages to - support, don't have a solution yet

every time I try to download an app I get an "error" message in red,

My son and I have identical cell phones, he has no problem, I compared his OVI account and mine and they look the same...

Every time I try to download an app, the download button is shown as unhighlighted and I am unable to click it.

I've recently had the same problem, the downloads fail & it takes several retries to complete, I've discovered that in my case the cuprit is the wi fi turning off during the download & by using 3g only it works fine. Never had this disconnection problem before Belle refresh., even turning off power save makes no difference.

i am not able to download any application in nokia 5800 xpress music hand set though ovi store . When i download application it shows its already download. Download icon can't work of all application.......
