hi

 

i can't log in  nokia store account in my phone , but last time i can log in my phone and my PC also.

 

since i  update last version of nokia store i can't log in even my pC.

 

and i can't  connect internet from phone to PC by use nokia store also.

so could you help some advise???

Hi guys,

 

Thank you for your posts and welcome to the forums!

 

We would recommed that you try logging in on Nokia Store login page. If you can log in without problems, please check that you are using exactly the same login details on your phone. If not, just follow the forgotten your password? link or try logging in using your username. 

 

If the issue persist, we would recommend that you contact Nokia Care as they are able to check your account status.
