In-App purchase succeeds, but App does not work

Hi,

 

I bought bold beast basic edition recently via in-app purchase.

the payment got deducted but the app is still shown as un-registered.

 

I contacted the developer, he says that payment is not done.

 

The nokia store payment receipt id is : 208696449867

 

Nokia team,

can you fix this?

Suggest you to contact Nokia Store 'SUPPORT' or use the 'Contact Us' tab at the bootom of this page. Provide all details regarding your purchase.
