After I made the last software update for my Nokia C6-01 I can't launch Nokia Ovi Store Application. I've reinstalled the software update, but there was no result. I've tried to install only Nokia Ovi Store, but my phone wasn't able to finish the installation. Do anybody have the same problem or know how fix this problem ?
I am also facing the same issue. I tried the factory reset, but that too didnt solve. Is this some bug or something? It gets stuck at the loading page
Facing the same issue on my C6-01, try to re-instal Ovistore Installer for 2 weeks, without any success (soft reset, hard reset, qt update, ...).
C6-01 is my 7th nokia phone, and probably the last one..... too many issue, installed applications failure without any reason, etc......
My wife bought a samsung galaxy one month ago, and she found many useful app in the same time I spend all my time trying to instal ovi store.
Guys from Nokia, have you any idea to make one of your "smart" phone just working well ??
My problem is with the device update, it won't do the update at all and keeps saying an error has occured and won't even attempt at updating it and then when I try to have a look on my computer through the OVI suite it tells me my phone is all updated! Eventually what happens is I can't send any text messages and I have to restore the factory settings which is what has happend 3 times now and I have only had the phone since March! I have now taken to carrying my old phone around with me incase I need to stick the sim in there if it stuffs up
My problem is a li'l more complex. I updated my C6-01 to symbian anna within a week I had bought it (last month). Everything worked fine afterwards and I was downloading stuff from ovi store all the time without having any problem whatsoever. But last week when I tried opening ovi store, the blue-green screen appeared and vanished after a few seconds. I tried ovi store via web but it got stuck at the "Launch" page and would refresh automatically. So anna update couldn't be blamed. This is the problem that I'm facing right now and I have contacted nokia customer care also in a hope they will help me resolve this problem but they only advised me to uninstall and re-dowload the ovi store application from the store itself and it got even worse. When I open the application manager in the settings, I am unable to uninstall the ovi store. I even tried software update in my phone and although it shows an update in ovi store but fails to update it. It continues to hurt me everytime I click on the ovi store icon. I've read many blogs and discussions but nowhere did I find a working solution. My phone is just a month old and I'm very much disappointed already.

I also had the same problem. Jst google "nokia store" on ur phone. U will c a download option, just clik dwnld. Its about 6.3 mb. Now replace the existing store app wid this, it will work. Tell me about it...
