unfortunately mate, seems like this is the only way that you can recover the Store. However, this time I would check via Nokia Suite if there are any firmware updates available for your phone, and if there are, to update to the latest version offered. If you are still having problems, you can try re-installing your current firmware thru Nokia Suite.
Failing that, and if you are still having recurrent problems, you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care point for them to inspect:
