We are seeing decent improvements of the Nokia Store client on the phones. But what has remained archaic is the web interface.

I have recently tried the Google Play store and there is a world of difference in convenience.

Please do the following:

1. Allow us to see more than 8 items per page while viewing categories of content. In fact let us set the number of items per page.

2. My download history: Please add the ability to see thumbnails along with the content title. And please allow us to set the number of visible items per page. Over a period of time the number of items we have tried and discarded becomes so large, that if we need to locate something it will take 25 - 30 page views.

3. Improve the classification of content by creating the following types

     a. Free.

     b. Ad supported.

     c. Paid.

4. Please improve the search. Even typing a content item by its exact name cannot assure of locating it sometimes. (For some applications I had to locate the publisher and then a get a complete list of items by him. Eg. NSR Reader for E6. Only the lite version gets shown in the search initially)
