Once the account is locked, wait for 15 minutes then try re-login (this allows the lock timer to be reset).
If you're still unable to login with existing password, try to reset your password, click http://account.nokia.com and select Forgot your password?
- Try either mobile number option or email (depends on what you used to register for Nokia account)
- For mobile number, an OTA password reset link will be sent to your mobile.
- For email, a link will be sent for password reset.
- Please wait for 3-4 hours to get the reset link as there can be network congestion.
- Once you got reset link, change the password and then try to login immediately with the new password.
- The login should work with the new password.
