You can download the Nokia Store by visiting www.store.nokia.com or re-install the phone's software using Nokia Suite.

To update your phone's software, you need to download Nokia Suite on your PC. Once your phone is connected, go to Updates and it should detect if there is an update available for you to download. With regards to your second concern, are you referring to your security code? If you have forgotten your security code, only option is to check with Nokia Care for decoding. Bring your receipt for verification.

You can redownload purchased applications from Nokia by accessing My Stuff. If you are using the phone to download the application, make sure you have stable internet connection. You can toggle between 3G or WLAN (if your phone supports it since you did not mention your phone model). You can also use Nokia Suite to directly install it on the phone (provided that it is compatible with the Nokia Suite).

Can you provide us the detailed description of your concern? Is there any error message?
Nokia Asha 201 has pre-installed Nokia Store client on the phone. If you are having issues with the application, you can reinstall the software using the Nokia Suite.

After the reinstallation of the software and still didn't resolve your issue you can try performing a master reset on your phone. Make sure to create a backup on PC using Nokia Suite to avoid deletion of your data.
Go to Menu > Settings > Phone > Phone management > Security settings > Delete data and restore. After the master reset check if you can see the Social widget.
