Hi,
I just bought an app from the Ovi STore (Shozu) but had some problems during installation
I tried re-downloading it but it prompts me again to buy the application
How can you re-download an application you allraedy purchased from the ovi store (this is also imporant for after firmware upgrade when you have to reinstall a big number of applications again)

I'm in a similar situation. Honestly, I'm getting **bleep** off at the ovi store support service. Logged my problem on Sunday, yes, Sunday! Till today, no assistance has been received. All I got was a reference number, with a promise to 'get back to me'. My rerefence number is:1-7686483101.
Yesterday I wrote them a mail to either resolve this or refund my money. No response yet. You have great applications, but the worst service I have ever experienced in my life!

Hi I downloaded absolute black from ovi store a few days ago... I had to format my n97 because of software problems... when I tried to download it again it tried to charge me again!
I've wrote three times and NO answer yet. Finally today I decided to buy AGAIN the theme and it failed in the download!!! What is happenning, please help

Hi,
In the meantime I contacted local Nokia Care and they send me with a new download link (pretty fast)
This for now woudl be the only way being able to re-install an application you bought from the Ovi store
I assume this will chaneg in the future
