Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.
I can see this is a paid application. Please delete the app off your phone and contact your local Care line who will be able to resend the app to your device so that you don't have to pay for it again.
All you need is your Nokia Account name or your phone's IMEI, which you can find by entering *#06# into your phone.

If you're having issues with the Nokia Store on your device, please update your phone's software with Nokia Suite.
Connect your phone to Nokia Suite and click on the green arrow icon where you can see the available updates. If no update is shown, please reinstall the current software. This option is displayed in blue. Updating or reinstalling the software will reinstall applications that come pre installed on the phone, such as the Nokia Store and will fix any issues you're having with the application. Before you perform a software update, don't forget to make a back up in Nokia Suite via Tools > Back up.
If an update does not resolve the issue and you are continuously experiencing issues with your device, please return to your vendor to find a suitable solution, or visit a local Care centre where the phone can get checked for you and repaired if necessary.
