I am unable to pay with creditcard or phone bill, i  am at a loss! What can i do to solve this? Anyone else sharing same problem?

I am on Vodafone service here in India. I am not able to purchase apps via phone bill. I get "unavailable" on phone bill option. On clicking it I get "you cant buy this using phone bill". What is the problem?

Pre-paid or Post-paid..?  Not sure but the facility may not be available with Pre-paid ...

Can't you check with Vodafone ?

I am on prepaid, but Vodafone has stated on their Facebook page that it is available for both post and prepaid.

I am able to purchase apps from Nokia store using phone bill option on my Vodafone SIM.I just reinstalled Nokia store from the link given by Nokia care via email and after installing this the phone bill option is working as it should.

I'm not able to show any item of Nokia store...... When click the any option unable any item in Nokia says...... Plz solve my problem. And I'm not able to check my profile in Nokia store......
