Welcome to Nokia forum! 
If you have previously synced your contacts (e.g. from your old phone) to Nokia online service, you can sync the contacts back to your Nokia X2-00 in the following way:
1) Menu
2) Settings
3) Sync and back up
4) Sync with Ovi
5) Rest. from Ovi
6) Select Contacts
7) Done
