I downloaded a game from OVI store, paid for it and when the download wanted to start the service then disconected, please help how do i get my game, i have a Nokia E7

Hey mypet,

 

Welcome to Nokia Support Discussions! Sorry to hear about the issue. Go to Nokia Store and then My stuff and re-download the application.

 

If you can't see it there, but got some confirmation to your email, then contact Nokia Care line and give them the info in the email.

 

If you see it there, but download fails, press the power button until phone vibrates 3 times and try to download. No data will be lost, it's just a battery pull.

 

If the download still fails, try to download Store QML client from Nokia Betalabs and try to download with that.
