in my nokia 701
1: when i insert the headset(wh207) it shows accessory not supported,
2:gets overheated while charging(am using while it charging)
what is the problem?

George1986, Welcome to the Nokia Forum!

It is normal for the battery to heat up whilst charging.

If you could create a back up of your device using Nokia suite and perform a hard reset, hopefully this will solve your headset compatibility issue.

Please let me know how it goes.

i'll do it soon,but it is solved to an extent ,atleast i can use it when i insert it very slowly and carefully.

But i feel it is getting heated not on the battery side,but the top portion near to camera module.
