It's not Nokia that makes applications like this. You need to contact "oasis" and request that they make an application. Nokia provides free tools for any company or person that wants to make apps but they don't make the actual apps themselves.
So instead of saying "C'MON NOKIA!!!" you need to be saying "C'MON OASIS!!!".
