Welcome to the Forum.

In order to update your 5800 XM, I would advise you to download Nokia suite, PC suite is not compatible with your device.

i had even tried with the Nokia suite.. Stil uptade unsuccessful ...

Is it failing or you do not see any update ? If its the later ..did you refer to the link in my earlier post ?

if you are unable to download via Nokia Suite, you can always try Nokia Software Updater instead.

..but note that you will be able to update ONLY if an update is available ..
