Yesterday(12-12-12) when I opened nokia store on my phone it prompted me for an update(from 3.30 to 18.104.22.168). 1st update downloaded and immediately phone was switched off. Then there were 2 stores and it was missing from main menu. Then I deleted the newer one(surprisingly it was available to delete) and updated again now there is only newer one but it is still missing from main menu. This is second time happening to me. Last time when store updated it happened like this only and i had factory resetted it . Now i don't want do it so please help
unfortunately mate, seems like this is the only way that you can recover the Store. However, this time I would check via Nokia Suite if there are any firmware updates available for your phone, and if there are, to update to the latest version offered. If you are still having problems, you can try re-installing your current firmware thru Nokia Suite.
Failing that, and if you are still having recurrent problems, you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care point for them to inspect: http://nokia.com/support
