I have adapted the C6-01 plugin and it works on my mac for both addressbook and calendar.

Can't upload the file here as it has a pkg extension, but if you send me an email address, I am happy to email it.

Obviously back up your stuff before you run it, I don't take responsibility if it goes wrong.
