I use Nokia PC Suite 7.1.30.9, English.

PC Connectivity Solution:

Language for non-Unicode programs: English

Detected Internet browsers:

- Microsoft (Version: 6.0.6000, Build: 16386)

I had to use Nokia Music (Do not remember version now) with this Suite, later updated to Nokia Ovi Player v2.0.1106.00.

But whatever the installations I do, I am not able to access music other than what is present in folder E:\Music\ where E: is my microSD card of my mobile.

I have organised my music in subfolders in the Music directory and there are other directories in which I have music files in.

But Nokia Music / Ovi Player does not display any of the songs I have in these subfolders or other folders.

I want to make it easy for me to create different playlists in my Mobile Music Player. That is all my requirements are for the PC Suite. But that is never achieved.

Is there a way around this problem.

For PC Suite I connect Via Bluetooth/USB cable.

For Nokia Music/Ovi Player I connect in Printing & Media USB mode.

After updating the music on your phone, have your refreshed your phone's Music library?

I have refreshed the Music Library as and when I add new songs.

All the songs are visible in my phone's Music Library.

But those are still not displayed in the Nokia Music/Ovi Player.

I am having this problem ever since I installed the PC-Suite.

Please help.

Is there available any Nokia Mobile music manager that enables us create playlists (Custom Track Lists) in the Mobile's Music Player, Music Library for 6300?

This is my requirement.

Creating a custom playlist from the mobile is a tedious task in 6300.

So I would like to do it through connecting to the PC.

I was able to do this with the PC-Suite (I do not remember the version) that came with the mobile in 2007.

But I was asked to update the PC-Suite when I wanted to update the phone software.

Now I do not have the Installation CD to try the first version again.

My Firmware version in my Nokia 6300 is v 07.21   05-11-08.

Please help.
