I don't want to appear patronising, but it's always wise to check compatibility of files with the phone before paying; because you pay for the download and so your money is gone before you even attempt the installation.
If you say which games you have tried to install, where you acquired them and what message you had, thre may be somebody on the boards who has done the same and solved the problem.
It is also worth contacting the publisher of the software with the same information.
try contacting your network provider, mine usually helps on that, because if I download games from their website, are paid yes and if trouble shoot like yours they help and you get your money back. or, forget that and try downloading free games from ovi but nit sure ovi does monopoly.
oh also, forgot to say, what can be is, in settings if you go to apps, you have to select third parties. because even paid games are third parties if downloading from your network provider or some even from ovi. some people assume selecting third parties is illegal stuff but is not, simply means from other source.
