On a 700 yes, but upon 808 running 113.010.1508 not as yet:

Just got the twitter update... but no 113.010.1508 yet for me either.

This update of twitter, flickr and youtube are distributed very unevenly. 808, 701, 700, 603 all four devices will get this update sooner or later. Considering the firmware of 113.010.1508 this wont be available for 701,603 & 700 as of now.

Curious to understand what affects updates to cause such uneven distribution.

ps. Does that mean eventually all 808's will receive the update?

Yes sure. It us because the updates are sent to all high end devices and infact it was mainly for 113.010.1508 which is only availablr for 808. So all 808s ought to get that update and even rest of three models through SW update.

Though I was curious as to understand how updates like the firmware 113.010.1508 have such large gaps in release dates to unlocked phones in different regions.

There might be a possibility that the firmware update was spotted with a bug and thus they stoped its supply, as they had done it with belle fp2. Because 1508 firmware was supplied long back.
