I have downloaded the Youversion Bible to my Nokia Asha 303 but get a "File format not supported" message when I try to access it. I indicated a Symbian operating system. Please help.

hi mate,

The Asha 303 device is a Series40 device, not a Series 60 or Symbian^3 device (which are both commonly referred to as Symbian). Therefore you are unable to install the application you have downloaded due to it being a different operating system altogether.

You need to choose the Java version for your Asha 303:https://www.youversion.com/mobile

Another alternative J2ME application would be Go Bible:http://www.crosswire.org/gobible/newpage

Have now acccessed getjar to which are directed if you choose Java > J2ME version from http://youversion.com/download in browser and downloaded youversion-bible-1.05.jad which installed perfectly upon Asha 302

You can also access upon PC for manual installation from here:http://www.getjar.com/mobile/29005/bible-from-youversion
