Hi.

Generally I've already asked this question in this topic: http://discussions.nokia.com/t5/Phone-Applications/nokia-500-angry-birds-compatibility/m-p/1716040#M... , but get no answer.

As I know while upgrading this phone to Belle Angry Birds shall be automatically installed.

I bought this phone from someone with Belle already installed, but without Angry Birds.

I've tried resetting the phone. Even reinstalling soft through Nokia Store. This actions only brought me to the moment I've began.

I had three unknown apps on main screen. They do not really worked and after trying to launch them I only saw the information that I should place SD card or reinstall application. Two of them were Store and Maps. I think the the third one is Angry Birds.

Is there any way to get this game? I've even though about downgrading it to Anna and then upgrading to Belle again. Is it possible? I would rather want to this this by myself, but if there is no other option, can I just go to Nokia Center and ask them to reinstall my software? Would this help?

seems like you have troubleshooted everything, so unfortunately it seems that yes, the only option you have left now is to take your phone to your local Nokia Care to perform your request: http://nokia.com/support

How much time would this operation generally take? Can they install clean version of Soft without operator stuff?
 It's gonna be free or will I have to pay for it?

I know it can depend on my country and anything like that, but maybe there are some rules which are the same everywhere.
