Hi MJACOB

Have you tried to use Nokia Suite and check if there's any software update available for your phone? If there's none try to re-install the software of your handset.

Did check Nokia Suite. Am using the latest software for the phone.  Now while I get the Nokia Music site (after reinstalling the s/w.), I am unable to sign in and download stuff.

Google Maps does not work.

E-mail does not work.

Google maps do not work. Try the previous version of google maps 3.2(1) it will work. Ya and be sure that you keep your wifi switched on. Do not connect it. Just keep it on. And try.
