 I wanna ask sir why my lumia 710 can't pair different devices even lumia to lumia pairing i can't pair it..

 what will i do to fix this sir? is there any necessary app to pair my device to other device?

The Lumia 710 does not suffort bluetooth file sharing for the moment. Media file will be supported by the upcoming WP7.8 update which is due soon.

I have been trying to pair my new Lumia too with other devices without any success. Pls, how can we know when the WP7.8 is out and can Lumia 710 be upgraded to WP7.8??

Zune on your PC will notify you when the Windows Phone 7.8 update is available. Nokia have stated early 2013 as the release date for WP 7.8, and seeing as it is almost the end of January, would expect the update wouldn't be more than a month or month and a half away for your handset.
