Problem definition
1-Adjust alarm time, snozze time 5 or 10 minutes
2-First alarm ringing , and it goes automaticly 5 0r 10 minutes snoozed ( also info displayed9
3- Randomly , alarm snooze goes out. Alarm clock only first time work , and no snooze.
4-If I reset to phone Factory pereset ,it works good a few time, but some time after a few hour or one over night snooze repeat goes out.
5-This is a very frustraited me. Because I had late to go my works.
Same problem has N 78 model. also many customer says this problem. ( See link http://mobiles.bigresource.com/Nokia-N78-v-21-002-
roblem had been solved firmware update.
But There is not Firmware update for C2-00 RM 704 model.
In Turkey, I spoke with Nokia Turkey support line by phone. But unfortunately nobody couldnt find a solution. ( I tried reinstall firmware update , and factory reset many many times )
Anybody knows a solution for this problem.
Nokia technical staff must be publish a firmware upgrade immediately for Turkish version.
Note. Firmware v03.82 is available in Nokia Europe web site. But İt cannont apply for Turkish .May be v03.82 version had solved this problem
