Can I rerun the installers in the 808 after installation?

I'm having a difficult time finding a final version of Nokia Drop. Can I rerun the installers after it has been installed. From the Menu Grid I see Settings - Installations - Already Installed. There are two options avaiable when I do a long click, View details and Remove.

How do I rerun an app that has already been installed if I don't have alternatives? Any suggestions?
