DICTIONARY HELP

My phone's an Asha 306. It has this built in dictionary, which is totally useless since it's in Chinese. How do i change it to english? I followed the help suggestion but can't find the nokia-asia.com/vocabulary. It reroutes me to nokia global. Please advise.
