Adobe have discontinued the development of Flash. In short they are no longer writing flash for anyone, so all new devices will not have flash. On the other hand, Flash has been replaced by html5, which is supported by the 820 and 920. It is just a matter of time before everything switches over. In the mean time the only thing you can do is to contact the sites you want to stream from and request they start supporting html5, which they will have to anyway.
For your info, the latest iPhones and androids after Jellybean will not support flash either.
