Hi pravin11patil,
Language pack made available on a Nokia phone is market and country dependent. The Marathi or Hindi language is only available on Nokia phones intended for countries where the language is mainly used so it should be available in your device if it was originally purchased in India.
If the option is unavailable, you may go to the Nokia Care Point to have the software uploaded. However, if your device originally came from a country that does not support the said languages, it will not be possible to upload the software as it is part of the phone's software.
