Again, it is not possible to discuss such stuff here. However, with the paid variant of the MobiMB, you are able to view the System drive (A) of your phone. From there, you are able to delete your invisible but somehow present configurations. Neverheless, I fear, from your description, there are no configurations actually. Therefore, a local but official Nokia Care Centre has a suite of tools to refurbish the firmware/software of your phone.
