bought original Nokia C7 before 3 months. Before 1 months i face so many problem in my nokia C7. THen i did formet(*#7370). After 2 weeks i faced same problem( touch was not work) . Then i did formet again(menu, camer, volume down buttton on same time with switch button).  After that my phone is work as a normal. I can't install Nokia Store also some popular software.. anyone help me? plz?

And also i forget formet security code. i can't formet again

You have performed a reset which is meant to be used by a Nokia Care Point only as a last resort to be able to rewrite the full phone software and this is what needs to be done to restore your phone. Please contact your nearest Nokia Care Point for further assistance.
