Internet radio on surge

I just got a surge as a replacement, and I want to install nokia internet radio, but it tells me that the component is already installed, I'm not sure what that means and if it's on the phone I sure can't find it. Any ideas?

Did you look under Media in Menu? Your device is AT&T branded so it's up to the carrier what you can install and what not.
