N8 Belle & Battery Monitor 2.2

My Belle is leaking memory so I did a hard reset and tried to reinstall all the apps from OVI store again. Most can be done without problem but some like Battery Monitor couldn't. It will return a "system error" message. Any idea how to solve this? Thanks

I have solved my problem. The culprit being the Nokia Smartinstaller. Remove this 'not so smart' program solved the problem.
