N86 throws system error when connected to wifi

I have tried connecting to
1) unsecured wifi connection
2) secured wel spa connection

For some time the connection works fine but then I get system error consistently. I have to remove battery to bring the phone in working state

My software version is 30.009.54.1 whenever I try to update software I get MSG No updates available

I have done the soft reset and hard reset too but of no use

I use MacBook pro and hence no help from computer but the direct update of the phone using 3G services is done

Any help is highly appreciated
