have you checked thru SW Update on the phone itself if the updates appear there for download? if not, try re-installing your current firmware thru Nokia Suite, or if that fails, Restore the phone to factory settings.
If the above fails, you will need to take your phone to Nokia Care for inspection: http://nokia.com/support
