Ofcrse it's work just download it from mobile24.com select ur model mean ur nokia c3 thn write skype in search box it will show u skype.jar download it and enjoy but u can't call useing nokia c3.........

though you manage to get this jar file for your C3-00 you can only do the IM,call facility is not supported still.i got the jar from here.
