For the last week my phone will not let me access Ovi Store. when I click on it I get a message saying "Ovi store update needed Version 2.6.0.15    801KB" I am given two options, Update or exit. When I select Update I receive another message saying" Link not available. Try again"

Does anyone have a fix to this issue?

Thanks for the quick response. I will give it a try. But it will not be of any help to me at the moment as my phone did not come with the cord to conect it to my computer and with the hours that I work, I dont get much of a chance to get to a shop to get one. Is there another link that I can use on my phone to get this update? The link that it was directing me to is p.d.ovi/p/d/ovis........ Not all of the link was displayed.

Sorry the link is for OVI suite not the store so it would not help you much any way.

You need to make sure you are running latest SW on the phone. You can check from here. http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/device-software-update

Thanks. I tried that but it did not work either. I just tried to update it through the link on my phone that didnt work before and it worked this time. Dont know what was wrong with it. I did exactly the same thing that I tried last time. Oh well. Woo Hoo, Im back on Ovi Store now. Thanks for all your help.

Instead of opening the store, go to options & select update.

Try to go to Menu>applications>extras>collection>store>options>update version.

The latest version should be 3.32.2.

You might also want to check for updates using Nokia Suite.

I can't open my store..it is starts loading and then it stops without any result detected so plz help me
