Earlier this month, the latest version of the Nokia Care app for Symbian^3 phones was launched in Nokia Store, available in 42 European countries from http://store.ovi.com/content/220075

Version 1.9.1 brings the total of supported countries to 27, overall the latest improvements are:

• New countries (Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan) and languages (Russian, Turkish, Azerbaijani, Kazakh and Ukrainian).
• Redesign of support search
• New splash image, footer image and launcher icon
• In-device survey
• All multilingual languages support language dependent NCP files for the country
• Parallel scrolling of texts on the buttons
• Larger pin images on the map
• Pinch on the map
• Browser launch fix

Why still now it's not available for Indian users
we're expecting this application to be available on Nokia store
please consider the Indian customers also, this is the request on behalf of all Indian Nokia mobile users

Yes, really. I cant see why this app is not yet available for India inspite of the fact that India is one of the largest markets for Nokia.

I think you can do by model, not necessarily by location... you can google for links online.

if nokia sells the phones in India then its software upgrade is also made available online, if hasn't is because is not needed just yet... although you can google for online links where might help you on that.

nokia is sure to help you by calling their office numbers which might not be located in India but elsewhere.

Nokia helps whichever Country where their devices are made avialable for purchase, what might be is, they have office numbers located elsewhere but yet still available. for update links you can google and find available online. Updates are made available solely for devices which need the actual firmware update per example. Best of luck

Bangladesh is a large selling point of Nokia.So what about BANGLADESH??Whats our fault??why we just miss this feature??I think Nokia should take some steps for solve the problem.
