my first post as phone contact attempts getting me nowhere.
I have a £20 prepaid APP card which runs out 07/13.
I try to buy an app and it says i need to add a card to a Zune account.
I then add the card on a live.co.uk account and try again. Then it says i need to add a card to my Zune account!
So, it seems i am stuck.
Hopefully someone will be kind enough to advise of a way around this.
I have the Lumia 720.
If this is the only way to contact Nokia with this type of Query, then i will be looking elsewhere when it comes to a new phone.
Oh, and no response either.
