In gameloft website , atleast 100+ hd games available for android . But For Nokia There Is Only 8/10 games . That is why ? We have only 15/20 hd games from all developers . But for android , minimum 200 hd games . When we get more hd games for us ? I mailed nokia about this but no such action taken yet . So why we buy nokia ?

The makers of these games and applications are not affiliates of Nokia so therefore are 3rd party publishers and as such any questions about the availability of there catalogue of applications should be directed at the publisher Gameloft

i called at their indian helpline , but they blaimed nokia . That , nokia don't authorized them for future hd games . So what should we do ? Leave nokia & try for android or ios ?

They lied to you, Nokia has not stopped them at all.

You could buy a Nokia Windows Phone, plenty of high quality games are available for that. Plus it's a growing format compared to symbian which is almost dead.

Also note that "HD" is just a term used to make the game sound more impressive, it doesn't guarantee any better graphics than a game that doesn't have HD in it's title. As your phone lacks a HD screen it can never truly play HD games.

nokia doesn't support app for symbian anymore,even on betalabs,city lense are out of belle...
Yes,gameloft,ea,is 3rd party game developer but why they didn't make more hd games for symbian?thats linking to nokia...i think this is nokia fault that say they stop supporting symbian...this is the impact,for all of us who use symbian

If symbian is going to dead in 2016 . So why they realeasing more symbian devices ? What we do with a 1.3 GHZ processor and 3D graphics card ? IS Nokia going downstairs at this days ?

Not sure why you think you've got until 2016, that is only the date that support will end. Support does not mean new apps, updates or development, it simply means that they will provide telephone assistance and honour any remaining warranties.

As far as many developers and retailers are concerned symbian started to die in early 2011. With the 808 being the last symbian device and FP2 being the last major update it is now undesirable for developers. This is always what was going to happen when they announced symbian's end back in Feb 2011 along with retailers no longer stocking as many symbian based products. 

Nokia cannot force developers to make games and it is no longer financially viable spending resources on a platform that has seen it's final device released. Symbian is the past, Nokia's future is now with Windows Phone devices.

So What about us ? You mean that the 808 that costed over Rs - 34000 is just a toy ? What can do with it ? Just imaging ? So Why don't we buy a digital camera instead of 808 ? Nothing but wastage of money . I Think it is better to go for android devices ......

You can use it as a phone and camera, just because 3rd party support ends it does not mean the device stops working.

If you prefer android go for it, nothing can be said or done here to change anything or you.

Its been known since February 2011 that Symbian was coming to an end, naturally developers have started to switch to other platforms. Nokia has now moved on to Windows Phones working with Microsoft. If you want android apps there's plenty of android phones to choose from.

yah that was ryt. i think they were trying to stop hd games makers for symbian for just in case that windows phones myt not be at that commercial breakthrough. they myt just trying to pursue for those hd games maker to focus on windows phone since start. Coz i think, just this i think, if there where no games for windows phone, it myt came the same issue as symbian os haved ryt now!

Whatever nokia doing is completely wrong. Symbian is a good os and too much resource friendly whereas android is too much resources exhausting os. Symbian belle with so many transitions nd gadjets running at the back, works smoothly in a phone of 256 MB of ram and 660 MHz of processor like N8. So, if nokia would have given a bit more attention to the new range of os such as belle, carla and donna in terms of applications, games etc and make the os to support dual core and quad core processor then i an damn sure that symbian would have won the race against android, windows phone and any other os in the market.
So its my request to nokia please dont end the symbian era. Plz....

Your request is too late, the symbian era is officially over, the 808 is the last symbian device. Would have taken a lot more than a couple of OS updates to save it.
