There is no Skype for any of the Series 40 phones, so it's not just Asha 302 specific issue. And since Microsoft owns Skype nowdays, it would be mostly up to them to get a Skype client ported for these phones. But AFAIK there are no such plans at the moment :/

I might still add, that Asha 302 is one of the few Asha device which has built-in VoIP support (through the embedded "internet call" option). See e.g. http://www.developer.nokia.com/Community/Wiki/VoIP
I know it's not as easy/handy to use as actual Skype client, but in theory making Skype calls through "internet call" feature should be possible. You'd just have to signup to a service like http://www.sipgate.com (http://www.live.sipgate.co.uk/faq/article/663/Link
