Every app is possible for 701 in the store now they even did a update but I found a 'glitch' in the phone. If you download an app that says it failed and you have tried it a couple times, then go to your documents and open it there, it will automaticilly (sorry for bad english 
) convert to your phone. Most of the times it is with .sis files
