I have installed the Nokia Reading app on my new Lumia 920. I purchased a book (Legion of the Damned by Sven Hassel). I have received a payment receipt for the purchase.

When I run the app, it says the book has not been downloaded and that I have one download available. When I try to download it, the phone only tries to download it from my Skydrive and, of course, it isn't there. I have tried the download both via phone connection and WiFi, both without success. I have tried switching the phone off and on - no joy. I was going to remove the app from my phone and re-install it, but I can't find a way to remove the app.

I phoned Nokia, but the girl I spoke to couldn't help and she said someone would ring me back. No-one did.

Can anyone help?

If you want to un-install this application longpress on it to reveal further options. It usually asks you to put phone on charge to allow download to proceed. No current issues in (UK) via WLAN connection:

Thanks for that. I uninstalled the app and re-installed it, and now I do not have the option to download the book at all. I have checked my Nokia account and it still shows in my purchase history, so surely it must be available for download from somewhere!

Can someone please help.
