What is "alwaysonlinestarter.exe" and why is it connecting to 3g when my phone starts

I'm using:
Three uk branded
Nokia N8-00
Symbian Belle

To make the message disappear while turning on the phone, I advise you to firstly perform a soft reset: type *#7780# on your phone's keypad. The default lock code is 12345. 

If the message still appears, please back up your data using Nokia Suite. Once your data is fully backed up, perform a hard reset: type *#7370# on the keypad.

What message? I wanted to know what "alwaysonlinestarter.exe" is.

no anti-virus alwaysonlinestarter.exe was running after upgrading to Belle can't shut it down or uninstall it

found it in z\sys\bin\ was installed with Belle update. I did *#7370# before upgrading to Belle

Hi,

I've just has some feedback from our tech guys and I'm told that this is an internal component of the OS. I haven't been able to get any more information than that.

Thanks for trying but I know it is part of the Belle OS, I was trying to find out why it was connecting to 3g data and when I disconnect it reconnects after 30 seconds

Hi! The program Alwaysonlinestarter.exe connect you to 3g for registration your SIM-Card. You don't must pay that!
