Yep, you can find a lot of similar thread here. Same as with Whataspp, Viber is not unfortunately supported by Asha 200 at the moment.

Once again Chirag1996, support of WhatsApp / Viber has NOTHING to do with Nokia. The developer of these apps makes the decision whether to develop / support a particular platform and its devices, so you will need to contact them to petition for a version for your device if you so wish.

I won't get into further details, but there is a technical reason why these apps don't work on Nokia's dual-SIM devices, though they work on their otherwise pretty much identical single-SIM counterparts (in this case Asha 201). The developers of those apps could probably provide the "official" answer.
