Hello,

I developed some problems with my nokia asha 302.  At first, i couldn't send any more messages so i switched my phone off and on (i still had enough free space left).  Nothing was wrong at first sight but then my phone asked me to re- install time and date, AND my language.  When i could go back into my menu, i noticed that 4 apps were gone:  ovi- nokia store, games, e-mail and community.  Also nokia's standard tones, theme's, games... were gone and the app 'internet' won't work!!  Now i wanted to ask what i could do to retreive the apps and re- activate. 

could anyone help????

Perhaps try option to re-install existing device software within Nokia Suite > Tools > Softwate updates?

Symbian specialist until 31/01/2013 with interests in Maemo & MeeGo but an aversion to Windows!

thanks for the suggestion, but i already tried that..  it seems that my phone restored everything to de factory settings.. without all the software of nokia..
