hello there...

pls pls help me with this..

when i started using internet for the first time on my cell phone i.e. nokia c6 i downloaded some apps like facebook chat and opera from ovi store. whenever i opened opera and fab chat they automatically got connected to internet..earlier i used vodafone's net later on i switched to airtel..so this time when i opened opera or fb chat there comes a message that's no connectivity..

web works properly but these downloaded apps are not working...can anybody help me out in this...plsssss....

Welcome to the forum!

Unfortunately can only assume that you refer to C6-00 and not C6-01 although principals the same. If you go to Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Destinations > Internet - what defined access point = Priority1? Use Options > Organise - Change priority and sometimes desired one can be found in "Uncategorised" folder and needs to be moved from there to "Internet".

For Symbian S^3 it would be Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Settings > Destinations > Internet - with longpress on designated access point to reveal further menu.
