as that device is nearly eight years old, support for it has moved on, and it is not even possible to update the device's firmware via nokia Suite. is also very doubtful that any Nokia Care point has the equipment to even update the firmware on your device. As technology and time has moved on, there is nothing that can be done for your request, sorry.
